In Quechuan culture mountains are known as the Apus, the ancient, wise elders. Mt. Tamalpais rises gently out of our coastal hills. Many here call her The Sleeping Lady. She is covered in green serpentine, a stone that activates the heart chakra. I sit with her daily as part of my spiritual practice.

It’s so important now to connect with the earth as part of your healing journey. Whether you sit with her waters, her mountains, her grasslands, her deserts or forests, they all have their wisdom to share with you.

Get outside if you can, get quiet, and allow these healing elements to clear energetic debris out of your field.
