I’ve been making this green juice for over 10 years. This juice is clean, sweet and a delicious way to get your superfoods in one glass. My husband and I drink it 6 mornings a week. And while the teenager still won’t try it, traveling house guests who have been coaxed into drinking it have been pleasantly surprised!
INGREDIENTS
3 cups of coconut water
1 cup of baby spinach
1/2 lemon squeezed
1 tbsp of minced ginger
1 celery stalk
1/2 cup of fresh pineapple (1/2 green apple as substitute)
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro (parsley as substitute)
DIRECTIONS
I use a Vitamix Blender to blend everything all at once. You can also use your juicer. It’s not recommended to use a regular blender.
Pour into glass & enjoy!
